The White House, Chelsea (1800, Tate Gallery, Londres) Retrato de Girtin por Henry Edridge Se trata de uno de mis cuadros preferidos, obra de Thomas Girtin (1775-1802), gran acuarelista y grabador, e introductor de la estética romántica en el paisajismo inglés, junto con Turner, amigo suyo. Su temprana muerte truncó sin duda una gran carrera pictórica.
